The hotel was good value for money, with excellent views over the seafront. Our room, Executive One-Bedroom Apartment - Ocean Front was ideal for our four night stay. Large room and bathroom, plenty of wardrobe space. Views were excellent but even on the 18th floor you can still hear the traffic below with patio doors closed.... The bed was very comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast has a huge selection, so something for everyone. It is a huge tourist hotel, so I can only imagine that in the peak season it must be extremely busy..... The waiting staff at breakfast were very friendly and efficient, with particular mention of Ella and Nia, who were first class and a credit to the hotel. The pool was a good size but very cold.... as it was in the shade. (In the heat of the summer this is likely a plus point)... The hotel is ideally positioned for everything, surrounded by restaurants. The concierge was very helpful and was always smiling. The reception staff were excellent.

Daily housekeeping services kept our family haven immaculate, and the on-site massage salon provided a welcomed retreat for some well-deserved relaxation.

Plenty of restaurants, convenience stores, massage places, and small shops all around, and a big mall just 4-5 minutes walk away. Very spacious and comfortable room and bathroom, with full amenities, including washing machine. Very professionally run spa on the 3rd floor. Large breakfast area on the 2nd floor - it was never crowded. Very useful mini-convenience store in the main lobby. In-house travel desk that we used for booking our bus tickets to Da Lat. And the icing on the cake was the thoroughly professional, friendly, competent, and ever-smiling staff - every single person, from the front desk to the restaurant and spa.

Location simply cannot be beaten. Comfortable rooms with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We loved the beds and pillows, we slept so many long hours peacefully. Breakfast selection was reasonably varied although I wouldn't rate the quality as excellent, there were some good options though. The pool was very pleasant and the gym was very well equipped and had the best vibes overlooking the pool. I was positively impressed with the number of lifts, we never found ourselves waiting forever to get to our room. Excellent addition to have an area with towels, beach chairs and umbrellas by the beach.

They would describe local favourites, and offer information about local culinary customs. The pool staff would always stop to chat, and offer advice on local sights and how best to visit them When my credit card was scammed by someone in the UK the duty manager. (Helen) spent 2 days helping me get a replacement. Top class. I cannot praise the hotel, and its staff enough.
